The weekend was fun...haha went out with my track frens on saturday to JB...haha brought only RM250 and survived the whole day there...haha we met at Bugis and there was a decision to be made...whether to take a cab there or a bus...well apparently it wasnt much of a democratic vote coz James insisted to sit the retro cab...haha well it was 8 bucks per head...so we ended up in citysquare...haha the first stop was Viking Hotdog and Secret Recipe...haha coz well everyone was kinda hungry...its so difficult to find Viking outlets in S'pore...their service sucks too...the one is JB is fantastic...no wonder they are still surviving...well as for Secret Recipe...haha the price is the same as S'pore...meaning S$2.50 = RM2.50...haha woohooo!!!!!!...we ordered Chocolate cheesecake and strawberry swirl cheesecake...haha simply heavenly...lol i must say i am a sucker for desserts...haha cant help it...got a sweet tooth...haha so once we are energize...it time to shop...haha went all the way up to the top floor and work our way down...haha stuff are so much cheaper...so regret that i didnt bring more cash out...haha Merlene got bit paranoid coz she kept complaining that people is touching her butt...*actually its more of people brushing pass*...but well its only her and not the rest of us...haha...ooo must be somethin bout the butts huh...hahaha...well initally we wanted to buy VCDs/DVDs at cityplaza but KK told us to go somewhere else to get it...as it has home delivery services to S'pore...haha so we wont get caught at the customs...it was at Holiday Plaza or something like that...haha we were standing at the roadside trying to get the best bargain...coz we want a fixed price...not by meter...or else surely jump like crazy due to jam...so the first taxi offered 6 bucks...well we thought could get cheaper...*haha typical S'poreans* so the next was 7bucks....then 8 bucks...haha we so regretted not going for the first one...haha but in the end we found another 6 bucks offer...well on the way to our destination...we were talking bout prostitution in malaysia...haha and when we reached Holiday Plaza...Merlene freaked out coz she thought that was the place we were talking about...haha i would had thought so too...considering the fact that the place is kinda old and run down...not to mention shady...haha stuff there are really cheap...i mean dirt cheap for the DVDs/VCDs...they are only RM6 bucks...got a few good shows...eg Be Cool and many games...haha Dynasty Warriors 5, StarOcean etc....mostly RPG games coz i like stories...haha we headed back to cityplaza again for our unfinished shopping spree...we had dinner at a japanese restaurant...lol sounds like a luxury huh...well coz the stuff was cheap...but sadly quality was average...well we sat there and talk alot of crap...haha some how moments like this...i really hope it will last forever...but anyways back to where i was...haha well basically the whole day eating, shopping and more eating...haha well at the end of the day...took a car back...it was a private driver...there was slow traffic at the customs...well thankfully the driver sent everyone of us to our doorstep...haha...well the games managed to arrive the next day...haha all of us are like "kanjiong spiders" keep smsing Merlene coz its all sent to her place...and once she recieved it...all of us rushed down to get...haha well for me...i want to try out the games more than the movies...well then went out with a fren to watch a movie "Guess who?" haha well it was ok...not exactly as hilarious as i expected it to be...had dinner at Olio *in suntec*...nice ambience but the price is damn expensive...haha then later went to play lan...he passed me the many series of Desperate Housewives...and i freaking left it at the Lanshop...called the lanshop and apparently they didnt find anything...*those people who found it must be damn lucky man!!!*...ARRGGHH!!! why me? why me?....but thanks to my gracious fren...haha he agreed to re-burn it for me....oh thank u thank u...haha...well today is monday...*haha forgive me....i am squeezing three day entries into one* some of you must be getting really bored when by the time u reach this point...haha congrats to those who survived...well moving on...morning shift on monday...of all the days...MONDAYS...i hate that day...haha its worse than any vulgarities ever known...but well since the yr 2 and yr 3 on the male side left...i got more procedures to do...for some reasons...theres lot of toilet bath today...haha for half of the entire morning i've been showering patients...well but got to do dressing and tube feeding...so cant complain...haha well i guess this bout it....i think blogger is gonna ban me for being so long-winded...haha well gonna go to bed...tmr still morning shift...AGAIN...haha signing off

Seems its been quite a while since i updated this blog...well i guess not many people...or shall i say nobody reads it...but anyways currently on attachment in TTSH...well so now the first week is over...haha i'm so fortunate to get good nursing officers, cool staff nurses and assistant nurses...haha not to mention second and third year student nurses were cool too...haha well the ward is very crowded so for this first week i was doing simple tasks such as taking parameters...but well after a few days of doing that...haha i decided to tag along with a staff nurse...they let me do more procedures...even taught me and let me do stuff that we are suppose to learn in the years to come...such as setting up of IV drip...off IV, hypocount, using infusion pump, off IV plug etc...haha well today is the last day for the yr2 and yr 3 student nurses...yr2 nurses are gonna be back in school for their exams...and yr3 nurses are gonna be posted to different departments...so from next week on...haha gonna have lots of things to do...well as for patients...seen quite a few intriguing cases...like ppl whose hand got caught in grinding machine, police cases, Hi5 cases, DM foot case, got bashed up cases and especially...altered mental status cases...haha...some patients have some serious attitude problems...and some...just cant stop pressing the call bell...like they are the prince and kings of the ward...even show us attitude when we go attend to them...bloody hell...if want to be treated like kings...then don't come to a C class ward...not that we don't give good care...but its just that they are attention seekers...want to pampered...we have 6 beds in one cubicle...and theres a total of 3 cubicles to one side...and only 2-3 staff nurses, 1-2 assistant nurses and maybe 2-3 student nurses to a side where there is a never ending load of work...these assholes have no idea what we are going through...always have the impression that we are very free...and as for some...they just don't trust you no matter who you are and what you do...*sigh*...the next type would be the unreasonable ones...i used the machine to take blood pressure and stuff...the reading was a bit off...so i decided to try the machine again...coz it screws up some times...and still it doesnt work...so i decided to use the manual B.P set to take the blood pressure of the patient...for some reasons he started to throw tantrum and says he doesnt want to take blood pressure and stuff...bloody hell...i think his age is like more than double of mine and he is behaving like some 5 year old kid...childish asswipe...only through a "scolding" from the AN then he reluctantly let us take his blood pressure...well thankfully theres really nice patients as well...they saw me getting scolded by the unreasonable patients...when i attend to them...they kinda comforted me...haha lucky there are there...or else i would had lost it by now haha...anyways... thank u to the staff nurses there and fellow nyp nurses...haha need to catch some sleep now...eyes are getting really heavy...signing off
Haha its game over for the exams...*phew* thought that this day would never come...haha well papers were ok..some easy and the rest are just normal...Well i found that 1029 is the easiest...haha the calculations at the back portion was a give away 25marks...coz it was so simple...well 1028 is kinda screwed up coz every answer looks the same...biology was easy at the start and got a bit tougher towards the end...coz well i didnt really focus much on bacteria and parasites...for sociology was scary...haha not coz the paper was tough...but its the options for the OTAS sheet...haha u get plentiful Ds in one column...haha the more Ds i shaded...the more stress i became...haha same goes for 1029 paper as well...the answer sequence is almost always...A, A, D, A, A etc etc...it seems to be following a pattern or something...haha is there something with lecturers and repeating the same alphabet over and over again? hahaha...but i was really damn afraid when i saw the pattern...haha i started to doubt some of my uncertain questions...haha...well tomorrow is the freshman orientation...haha got to wake up damn early and reached there by 7:15am...well got some ice breaker games ...hopefully they don't find it boring...haha well signing off
Wow...haha saturday was a blast...haha the track team celebrated our captain's birthday at my place...haha this time with my mom, uncle, bro and sis at home...haha well the occupied the 3rd floor and the first and second floor was all ours...haha meet with merlene and kk to go get the "weapons" for our sabotage and rented some dvd from video ezy...haha we met up with wee chung later...merlene got wee chung a kinky g-string...haha it was in a shape of a firehose...well i orfered the cake and got the running tights...which was done so last minute...haha they couldnt get the tights...so friday evening...i called my cousin out to go hunt for it together...haha searched around the whole Bugis...and only managed to find two pairs...one Nike and the other Adidas...lol well i never wore tights before...so i don't really know how to choose...haha been calling merlene non-stop to decide on one...haha even took snap shots of the tights and send it to her by MMS...haha well the final conclusion is (merlene): "why not you try on the tights? Then come out and let your cousin see, if you look like a faggot then don't buy"...haha ok now thats very helpful...haha but in the end we picked the Nike brand...coz Adidas was too ...classic looking...black with the 3 white strips...well after that hanged out at arcade with my cousin...haha well the whole party was really fun...haha we had 3bags of flour, tomato sauce, thousand island dressing, barbecue sauce, chocolate sauce and whipped cream...haha this time round...me and ze kai got the most...haha the sauce was like dripping off my hair...haha we all looked like some creatures with slime oozing out of our faces...haha we had an ice-cream fight later...it actually started off with us and big tub of ice cream...watching DVD...haha well each of us had a spoon and we started to try smear ice cream on each other...haha merlene was struggling with terence...haha then moving on with the pillow fight...haha all of us in a room...lights off...and start to whack whoever that is around us...haha till all of us burned out...i think we only slept at 2-3am...lol at 6am...wee chung us up to go for the GRC community walk...well Ze Kai was like see first and merlenre was "i don't want"...so end up Wee Chung, James and me went...Wee Chung and i were half asleep during the bus ride...haha we met Mr. Guru on our way down...*sigh* before the walk...we have to do the lame workout...shit man...its what we did in primary and secondary school...haha i didnt even budge...Wee Chung did a little then stopped...James was the one who was really into it...the walk was really slack...haha we didnt had breakfast...we were too tired to move faster or anything...well by the time we got back to my place...Merlene and Ze Kai was awake...haha Mr.Guru tagged along with us...then had prata outside my place...well after they all left...i felt so empty...haha like everything was so quiet...haha even if it was not long after they left...i kinda yearn more of such fun...well back to my books...haha coz paper is the next day...well gonna do some last minute revision...signing off
Well counting down to my papers...i have only have 4 days to my first paper...had been studying and playing warcraft...lol well warcraft is really a big temptation...anyways coach changed my training programme...damn its tough...just keep having this shit feeling of wanting to puke but nothing is coming out kinda feeling...guess just got to keep going so the body would get used to it...lol i just cant wait till saturday...my track frens are gonna crash at my place...haha good food, watching dvd and making lots of noise...haha the mere thought of it just makes me want the day to come faster...*lol although it means closer to the exam date*...lol and guess what...the next day all of us would be heading down to Yio Chu Kang stadium for some community walk shit that we promised...haha its at 7:00am!!!...haha i think we would be awake from saturday night to sunday morning...recieved an email with regards to the student mentor briefing...i wonder which moron picked the date to be on thursday...which is after our paper...the person should bloody know that we still have a paper on friday...well the most is bring book to the briefing and study...which i think i wont...lol its been a while since i touched my flute...i think my skills going rusty...haha warcraft, track training and studying takes up too much time...haha well got to get back to the books...signing off
Haha hungry for medals
Been rather busy to blog...well had my 800m heats yesterday...well didnt manged to make it to the finals but it was really an eye opener...considering this is my second 800m race...haha and also did my personal best of 2:16mins...well it struck me that competition in school is like swimming in a pool...where everything is more or less around the same...but during the competition...which was the S'pore Juniors race...it was like the sea...where everything is so different...people are much stronger and faster...well i could only train hard for the next race...well nothing much happened...no more lessons for all of the modules...so no school besides training...well basically i have been either preparing for exams or playing warcraft...haha well starting to pick up my ladder games again...still yearn for the 150win icon...haha now i am only currently on 60+...lol been to Ronnie's 21st birthday celebration last saturday with my track team...haha most of our time was spent on playing cards...haha i guess the crowd was too big...so the birthday boy was kinda running all over the place...lol my track team knew he was gonna get sabotage...so we all decided not to bring extra clothes...haha so we wont get involved...lol his classmates did the job and we just stand aside and watch hahaha...well currently planning how to sabotage the birthday boy this saturday...haha gonna hold a birthday bash for my track captain this saturday at my place...haha expect lots and lots of mess...well signing off

Woohoo!!! got a gold medal for my 1500m race...haha so glad...its my first time running this event...haha many thanks to my coach and to the track team for their support...haha and good job to all who participated too...haha got sabotaged after taking photos...after the flash...someone took a trough of ice water and splash it all over us...haha was lucky to dodge the first wave...haha then coach came and started to talk to me bout my training programme for tomorrow...haha i noticed that he moved back a little and was wondering whats wrong...haha then all of the sudden...another trough of ice water came all over me...haha had great time hanging out with my track mates...well everything been going great so far...proud of my sis coz she is in her school team for badminton...won quite a few matchs...haha keep it up man!!! so proud of u...haha well now basically all the lessons are consolidation...exams are nearing...haha gotta work extra hard for 1028...well coz of the bitches...we end up with only a C...well i suppose the max i got get this time is a B+...praying for a miricale to happen...as for my clincal theory results...could only get it back next friday when my lecturer is back from her clincal posting...as for life sciences...haha till now i don't even know where to locate them...haha well partially coz they are in a different school...well cant wait for this week saturday and next's week...haha gonna be ronnie's and wee chung's birthday respectively...haha gonna prepare a HUGE sabotage...haha gonna be awesome...haha for some reasons...i am currently hooked on to the song: Hero by Mariah Carey...haha her voice is really good...
